may include preliminary design, consideration of alternatives,
co-ordination of soil investigation and interpretion
of foundation and soils testing programmes; surveys
and other site information; traffic analysis, determination
of comparative costs and benefits of the proposed
project.

Contract Documentation, Calling and Evaluation of
Tenders
This
includes detailed design and preparation of working
drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and
all other contract documentations together with pre-ordering
of materials and equipment when necessary and calling,
analysis and evaluation of tenders including recommendations.

Management
Overall
administration and control of project and contract
co-ordination. Also management for carriying out the
whole works directly for clients.

Assurance and Quality Control, Supervision Of Construction
Quality Assurance and Quality Control of
materials, work procedures and full time supervision
of the project and liaison with authorities to comply
with statutory requirements.

Audit And Independent Design Check

Institution on the design review and independent design
check for works undertaken on Design and Construct
or Turnkey basis.
