Feasibility Study, Investigations and Reports
Provide preliminary design, consideration of alternatives, co-ordination of soil investigation and the interpretation of foundation and soils testing programmes; surveys and other site information; traffic analysis, determination of comparative costs and benefits of the proposed project.
Design, Contract Documentation, Calling and Evaluation of Tenders
Includes detailed design and preparation of working drawings, specifications, bills of quantity and all other contract documentations together with pre-ordering of materials and equipment when necessary and calling, analysis and evaluation of tenders including recommendations.
Project Management
Includes the overall administration and control of project and contract co-ordination as well as project management consultant for Clients.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Supervision Of Construction
Provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control of materials, work procedures and full time supervision of the project and liaison with authorities to comply with statutory requirements.
Design Audit And Independent Design Check
Services which provided for the Client or Financial Institution on the design review and independent design check for works undertaken on Design and Construct or Turnkey basis.
