Job Description
  • Lead a team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers and providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive and manage design technology, digital delivery and collaboration implementation for organization and project.
  • Develop and manage digital standards, library, workflow and best practices.
  • Manage technical support issues and liaise with internal and external channels.
  • Build and manage staff competency through in-house and external training.
  • BIM project & technical support (authoring, collaboration and management) and liaise with internal and external support channels.
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes to review and validate BIM models accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
  • Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structure or BIM or closely related fields with five (5) years of related working experience in BIM Modelling.
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM related software from Autodesk AEC collection including Revit and Navisworks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and a self-starter.
  • Experience in implementing cloud solutions for BIM/ VDC/ IDD, eg. Autodesk BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Good knowledge of International BIM standards – ISO 19650.
  • Knowledge of visual programming solutions eg. Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc. is added advantage.

Job Description
  • To performs a variety of 3D BIM drafting assignments under minimal supervision, which requires the application of standard BIM drafting techniques.
  • Support BIM team on updating 3D BIM models and 2D drawing with Revit software.
  • Create and update BIM Models based on drawings and latest information as needed.
  • Maintain drawing extraction sheets, and export model based 2D dwg (e.g., plan views, section views, elevation views, 3D views) for drawing production.
  • Review submitted models for completeness (LOD and scope) and conformance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Annotate BIM model in accordance with approved design standards, including dimensions, notes, callouts, etc. and attach 2D details where required.
  • Ability to work as a team, independent and proactive. To attend necessary meetings related to BIM coordination task virtual design review (VDR) session.
Requirements
  • Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structure or BIM or closely related fields with two (2) years of related working experience in BIM Modelling.
  • Good proficiency and knowledge in REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other BIM application tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication/ presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and a self-starter.
  • Passionate, willing to learn and hardworking.
  • Understand construction drawings and terms (Civil & Structure, MEP, Architecture).

Job Description
  • To assist in accounting work such as data entry in accounting system, document processing (AR & AP), record keeping and document filing.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and cash flow.
  • To assist in preparing monthly reports and sending debtors statement of account.
  • Checking monthly staff claims.
  • Checking, monitoring the timesheets and update into system.
  • Prepare fixed assets schedule.
  • To assist in Payroll processing.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  • Preferably possess at least Diploma or its equivalent
  • Candidate without item No.1 but with at least 2 years of working experience in related field will be considered.
  • Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Autocount Software is an added advantage.

Job Description
  • Safely drive the Director to and from places as assigned by the director from time to time.
  • To act as driver cum despatch and execute the tasks assigned.
  • Drive employees, guests of employees, or as requested by Supervisor.
  • Ensure safety and comply with all the road & traffic rules while on duty.
  • Follow Director assigned location.
  • Must be punctual in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
  • Standby on ad-hoc / emergency arrangement.
  • Ensure cleanliness and take good care of the vehicles provided.
  • Ensure the vehicle is in good condition and safe condition.
  • Good working attitude, well discipline, dedicated, healthy, flexible, responsible and committed to successful completion of all tasks/jobs given.
  • Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification of SPM.
  • Preferably age between 40 to 50.
  • Bahasa Malaysia / English
  • Familiar with Klang Valley areas.
  • Possess valid driving license with good driving skills.
  • Do not have any previous disciplinary records or criminal records or previous traffic offences.
  • Willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
  • Good eye sight.
