IOI RESORT CITY, PUTRAJAYA
The Project (Phase 1) involved the development of shopping mall, two 30-storey office towers and a 21-storey hotel tower. This mall development is one of the largest in southern Klang Valley. Sepakat Setia Perunding Sdn Bhd was appointed for the structural detailed design of the two office towers and the hotel tower, which comprise of 353 rooms and 43 executive suites. The three towers are located within the footprint of the mall which is designed by another designer. As the mall is undertaken by another designer, it is necessary to review the structure and foundation design of the mall and check for structural continuity to foundation level. Piling system utilised 1500mm bored pile. Prestressed floor is adopted for the office tower while conventional beam and slab is used for the hotel tower. The column positions are planned such that no transfer floor is required for all towers.

CORPORATE HEADQUARTER OFFICE TOWER, JALAN RAJA LAUT, KUALA LUMPUR
The Project is an office building development comprises the design and construction of 1 block of 31-storey Office Tower, 1 block of 9-storey carpark with 1 level of common basement and external infrastructure works at Lot 1404 & 1405, Section 45, Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur. The tower has a 45m tall spire at the top creates a distinct feature for the tower. The building design also incorporates an air-conditioned link bridge that connects the main office tower to the car park annex, which also housed a food hall.

The Project is a mixed commercial development comprises the design and construction of 1 block of 25-storey 5 Star Hotel,1 block of 28 strorey 3 Star Hotel, 1 block of 27-storey 4 Star Hotel, 1 block of 32-storey SOHO,1 block of 32-storey Hotel Suites with 3 level of retail, 3 level multistorey and 1 level of basement car park and external infrastructure works at Tanjung Lipat, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Sepakat Setia Perunding Sdn Bhd was appointed for the structural design of the 5-Star hotel and 32-storey SOHO building structures.
