STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND ROAD TUNNEL PROJECT (SMART)
The Project is a Flood Mitigation Scheme to provide flood relief to the Kuala Lumpur City Center by utilising a flood bypass tunnel system as well as a traffic dispersal scheme to ease traffic congestion at the southern main gateway to KL City near the Sg. Besi Airfield.

CYBERJAYA FLAGSHIP ZONE DEVELOPMENT – PHASE I & II MAIN DRAINAGE
The Project involves the conversion of 2,892 ha of agriculture and swamplands into a township catering for high technology commercial, industrial and residential landuse applications. The site which borders Putrajaya is made up of hills and steep grounds in the upper catchment, rolling plains in the mid reaches and swamplands in the lower reaches. Large portions of the swamps are peated up to 6-meter depth or soft material that require special treatment for development. Clients require that the development featured an eco friendly design.

DESIGN AND BUILD SUNGAI KERAYONG RIVER IMPROVEMENT WORKS ALONG 1.8KM FROM SUNGAI KERAYONG/ SUNGAI KLANG CONFLUENCE TO SMART’S DISCHARGE POINT, KUALA LUMPUR
The river improvement works project is aimed at upgrading the channel capacity and modifying the bed profile of the lower reach of Sg Kerayong, enabling the river to convey floodwater from upstream catchment and effective operation of SMART.
