The project comprises design and construction of proposed 2 blocks 23-storey residential tower with 3-storey podium and elevated carpark, 1-block 2-storey shops and 2-storey basement carpark. The total gross floor area is 1.25 million square feet.

• Earthwork excavation of approx. 100,000 m3 for the basement works utilising combination of open cut and permanent sheet piles with strutting for excavation    adjacent to monsoon drain. Cast in-situ rc wall is designed for basement wall.
