RECLAMATION WORKS FOR FOREST CITY PHASE 3, JOHOR
The Phase 3 site is located at western side of the Forest City Exhibition Gallery/Club House with total reclaimed area of about 698,000m2 (173 acres). The seabed levels within this site varied from RL 0m to RL -3m and the design platform level is generally at RL+4m. Soil Investigation results show that the subsoil below the seabed mainly composed of highly compressible and low shear strength silty clay layer with thickness of about 15m to 25m.

RECLAMATION WORKS AT TG. PUTRI, DAERAH JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR
This Project consists of 2 plots (Plot 1 and Plot 2) located at east and west sides of the Johor-Singapore Causeway. Total reclaimed platform area of Plot 1 is about 19 hectares and Plot 2 is about 10 hectares. The seabed levels varied from 2m to the deepest water depth of about 16m. Soil investigation results revealed that the subsoil at site mainly composed of loose sandy and silty soil except at Plot 2 where there is a layer of soft clayey soil found below the existing seabed.
