SEREMBAN - GEMAS ELECTRIFIED DOUBLE TRACK PROJECT - REMBAU STATION

The new Rembau KTM Station was constructed to replace the old station in order to cater for the proposed KTM Komuter service, which will commence once the electrified double track is completed.  It consists of main and secondary station buildings, platforms, overhead pedestrian bridge connecting the buildings and platforms, and related infrastructural work.

The Light Rail Transit (LRT) infrastructure works in Putrajaya is from Precinct 1 and passes through Prime Minister Office, Putra Bridge, Boulevard and then split into three lines and ends at Precincts 4 and 18. It comprises 7 numbers of stations and 8.173 km of tunnels. All the stations and tunnels are underground and were constructed by cut and cover method except the portion passing through the lake which was designed by immersing the tunnel in the water and supported on the bed of lake.
